By publishing any listing on Sesty Market Pro, you confirm and agree that you are not selling any illegal, restricted, or prohibited items. This includes but is not limited to weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, adult content, hazardous materials, live animals, or any illegal services.
2. Listing Requirements
All product listings must include accurate descriptions and up to 5 high-quality images. Misleading or false information may result in listing removal and account suspension.
3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the legality of items they sell. Sesty Market Pro acts only as a platform to connect buyers and sellers.
4. Transaction Safety
All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers via WhatsApp or in-person meetings. Sesty Market Pro is not responsible for any disputes, fraud, or issues arising from these transactions.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post prohibited items, or engage in fraudulent activities without prior notice.
6. Verified Seller Program
Sellers who successfully list 20 or more products will automatically receive a Verified Seller badge. This badge indicates experience on the platform but does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of products sold.
